Europe will stand by Bangladesh's reform campaign

Jumbangla Desk: European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has assured Bangladesh's chief advisor Prof. Muhammad Yunus that "Bangladesh can count on Europe's support" in the reform campaign.
In a bilateral meeting with Professor Yunus on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly session on Thursday, he said, 'We are also your partner in stable growth and infrastructure development under the Global Gateway.'
"Let us make the best use of the 400 million euro Bangladesh renewable energy facility," said the President of the European Commission.
The chief adviser held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoff, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session.
Meanwhile, International Criminal Court Prosecutor Karim AA Khan KC met with the Chief Adviser at the UN headquarters and discussed issues of justice and accountability.-UNB
