Jumbangla Desk: The chief advisor of the interim government will address the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in Bengal. Muhammad Yunus.

The speech is scheduled to take place today (September 27) at 10 a.m. New York time in the General Assembly Hall at the United Nations headquarters.

In his speech, he will highlight the context in which he assumed the responsibility of the chief adviser of the interim government, and what initiatives he has taken to reform the state. He will also seek the cooperation and assistance of the people of the world to stop the Rohingya crisis, the genocide in Palestine and the Russia-Ukraine war immediately. Government's inclusive economic development and other global-regional issues and climate change will be highlighted in his speech.

He will outline to the world the support for the formation of a new Bangladesh after the student uprising, the determination to build a state system that is people-oriented, welfare-oriented and dedicated to the public interest in the future and opening a new possibility for the transformation of the state structure and institutions.
