Jumbangla Desk: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has called on the interim government to bring Sheikh Hasina back to the country for trial as she is accused in the genocide case.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said these things in the speech of the chief guest at a labor rally in Konabari, Gazipur city on Saturday (September 28) afternoon.
He said, 'We have repeatedly requested India, do not give place to a genocidal, who has destroyed the democracy of our Bangladesh, killed people and has been accused of many genocides. They haven't said anything yet.'
Fakhrul said, we have told India not to give shelter to anyone who has harmed Bangladesh. We request once again, please make arrangements to send Hasina, the mass murderer, the murderer of people, back to the country. I am asking the government to take measures according to the legal system to bring Sheikh Hasina back to the country.
Gazipur District and Mahanagar Sramik Dal organized this rally to demand prevention of miscreants, maintaining peaceful environment and payment of salaries to employees in various establishments including garment industry.
Mirza Fakhrul said in the rally that for 14-15 years Sheikh Hasina has tortured the people of this country. Killed many people. To stay in power himself, to be the prime minister, he has destroyed the entire administration of Bangladesh. All the institutions that the state has, especially the police force, have used them. They killed countless people, killed workers, killed students, killed women. The people of Bangladesh have been led to a reign of terror by arresting people, shooting people, jailing them with false cases and brutally torturing them. So when he fled through the student mob movement, the people of this country gasped.
Fakhrul said that Sheikh Hasina has fled, it is true, but her ghosts and ghosts remain. They can't forget. They built empires through theft, looting and corruption, built huge houses, farms, with looted money, they cannot forget it. They think if they could bring back Sheikh Hasina, then they could loot again. For that they are conspiring in different parts of the country. They are most scheming, in the industrial area. Especially our garment industry. Where Amate's mother and sisters work in the garment factory. There they are plotting.
He said, 85 percent of the exports from Bangladesh in 2023 will come from this garment export. That is, our annual income from this industry is 47.38 billion dollars. About 73 thousand crore rupees. About 50 lakh 17 thousand workers work here. Conspiracy is being made to destroy this sector.
He also said that there are various conspiracies going on in this sector. Those who don't want us well, if our sector is damaged, other countries will benefit, they are conspiring.
Fakhrul said, in exchange for the sacrifices of the people of Bangladesh, in exchange for their blood, today we have been able to free Hasina. The nation has become free today. At this time he asked, whose responsibility is to protect it? In response, the crowd said, us. He said, we have to protect it.
He said, as gaining freedom is a big task, so is protecting it. At this time, he is the chief adviser of the interim government. Mohammad Yunus praised his various actions. He said, he has formed a government with prominent people of the country. We have given the task to this interim government, you create an environment within a short period of time by eliminating the mess that Awami League has created in the last fifteen years. Where all political parties can hold an election and there will be a free and fair election. Dr. Yunus has started working on it. We are supporting him.
At this time, Mirza Fakhrul referred to party chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia's appeal to the people to maintain peace and order and be patient and said, "We are working that way. We will hope that the government will create a good environment accordingly and through that environment all of us, the political parties will be able to go to the people with our statements, our words, and the people will choose us from there.
He said, the word is very clear, we want to vote. We want to elect our parliament by voting. We want to elect our government, we believe in this, I will give my vote to whoever I want. At that time he jokingly said what Awami League has done now that I will give my vote and I will also give your vote. He did that, never allowed to vote.
At this time confusion is being created among the people, he complained and said, now they are trying to create division among us. We have been fighting for the last 15-16 years, protesting and united. We have repeatedly called for national unity, our Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman has called for national unity. We all political parties have fought and struggled together. He said, we have to maintain that unity.
At this time, he wants to know from the present crowd, will Awami League come again or not? In response, the crowd said no. Then Mirza Fakhrul said, for this we have to be united, be patient and the biggest thing, we have to protect the assets of all the institutions of our country.
Mirza Fakhrul cited the example of PRAN-RFL in his speech and said, the owners came to us, they said that they are being conspired here to create labor discontent. Trying to destroy them. But we are not getting any protection. That is why he urged the government to form a task force and solve these problems quickly. We have to work to protect our country's resources.
Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir demanded to resolve the crisis by sitting with the government-owned workers along with the guard walls of the BNP leaders and workers so that there is no dissatisfaction in the industrial factories.
