Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal will hold a meeting and silent march in memory of Abrar Fahad, a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) who lost his life at the hands of Chhatra League leaders and activists.

On behalf of the organization, all universities and colleges of the country have been called to hold this program on Monday.

This information was given in a press release signed by Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nashir Uddin Nashir Udin sent to the media on Sunday.

It is said in the circular that on the occasion of the fifth martyrdom anniversary of the patriot Shaheed Abrar Fahad, a brilliant student of electrical engineering department of BUET, who was killed in the brutal torture of the barbaric terrorist Chhatra League during the regime of fascist Hasina, a memorial meeting and silent march will be held in various university and college campuses of the country to demand a safe and free intellectual democratic campus.

It is further informed that this program will be celebrated in Shaheed Minar area of ​​Dhaka University (DU).
