Jumbangla Desk: Students of schools and colleges are going to get 11 consecutive days of vacation on the occasion of Autumn Durga Puja, Fateha-e-Yazdaham, Lakshmi Puja and Prabarana Purnima. This information is known in the annual calendar of the Ministry of Education.

Students

Autumn Durga Puja holiday will start on October 9, which will continue till October 17 (Thursday). However, since the next two days are Friday and Saturday, the educational institution will open on October 20. Among them, Vijaya Dasami holiday will be on October 13, Fateha-e-Yazdaham holiday on October 15, Lakshmi Puja and Prabarana Purnima holiday on October 16.

Meanwhile, government employees are coming to enjoy three consecutive days of leave. They can get a total of 3 days leave including Durga Puja Vijaya Dashami leave.

As per the government decision, this holiday will be observed in all government and semi-government offices and statutory autonomous and semi-autonomous bodies in the country.
