Anti-government protests are intensifying in Albania demanding an interim government. The agitators are demanding the removal of the current left government and an interim government.

Protesters protested in the streets of the capital Tirana demanding the resignation of left-wing Prime Minister Edi Ram. Where there is only one slogan 'Voirachar Nipat Jak'.

The protesters demanded Edi Ram's resignation and formation of a caretaker or interim government. Because an interim government has to be formed before next year's elections. A new government has to be formed through elections next year.

However, the Left government does not agree with this claim. Prime Minister Edi Ram is preparing to join the European Union by bypassing this demand.

A large number of police have been deployed on various streets across Albania, police said. Protesters are hurling petrol bombs at various government buildings. Prime Minister's poster is burning. They are also attacking the police. Protesters complained of counter-attack. Police said the protesters were moving towards the Parliament building. That is why tear gas is being fired.

Prime Minister Edi Ram took office in Albania in 2013. He formed the government three times in a row. There are huge corruption allegations against him. The opposition claims that the movement has started there to demand the resignation of the Prime Minister keeping that complaint in front.
