Saudi government gave great news for Bangladeshis

Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Essa Yusuf Essa Al Duhailan gave this information at the 94th National Day reception at the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka on Sunday (September 29).

Foreign Adviser Touhid Hossain was the chief guest on the occasion. He said that more than 3 million expatriate Bangladeshis are working in Saudi Arabia. They are contributing to the economy of both the countries. We are keen to be a partner in Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Tauhid Hossain said, in 1975, a historical bond and partnership was created between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. Since then the two countries have been cooperating with each other.


Meanwhile, the foreign adviser called for Saudi investment in Bangladesh. He said that there are very good opportunities for investment in Bangladesh. Both countries can benefit if Saudi Arabia invests in Bangladesh.

The Saudi ambassador said that we have issued more than 1 million visas for Bangladeshi workers last year. In addition, 85 thousand Bangladeshis performed Hajj this year.

Ambassador said, Saudi Arabia is announcing Vision-2030. Accordingly, various steps are being implemented. Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia are two brotherly countries. Deep mutual relations exist between the two countries. There are 3.2 million expatriate Bangladeshis in Saudi Arabia. They are contributing to both countries.
