However, General Secretary of Hotel Motel and Resort Owners Association of Cox's Bazar, the biggest tourist city of the country, Salim Newaz is not willing to accept this complaint. He said, tourists are of different categories. Different people have different budgets. Cox's Bazar is not expensive. There are hotels of different prices from five to one thousand. That is why some of the units (private) are built so their investment is high and the service charges are high. But it is not very reasonable to say that overall tourism expenditure is high here.
