Adequate sleep:
Night sleep cannot be irregular, you have to get enough sleep. Do not do any other work while sleeping. If you go to bed late, try to get up a little later in the morning.

Consuming light meals:
Don't get into the car on an empty stomach. You can eat something lightly boiled, don't forget to drink moderate amount of water.

Breathing check:
Check for any breathing problems. Pranayama (breath control techniques; a type of yoga exercise) is good practice.

Exercising:
When driving long distances, stop the car occasionally and get down and move your arms and legs. And stand up sometimes in the bus hall.

Chewing gum or ginger:
You can put ginger in your mouth with chewing gum or beet salt. It will relieve nausea. Or keep lemon wedges.
