International Desk: The United States has warned the Iranian government to stop all conspiracies against former US President and Republican nominee Donald Trump. Besides, it has been stated that any attack on him will be considered as an act of war by the United States. A US official told Reuters news agency on Monday (October 14).

The official, who did not want to be named, said that US President Joe Biden has been regularly informed about this threat and has ordered his team to counter Iran's conspiracy against Americans. At Biden's direction, top US officials sent messages to the highest levels of the Iranian government. It has warned Tehran to stop plotting against Trump and former US officials.

The official said the Iranians had been told that any attempt on Trump's life would be viewed as an act of war by the United States.

However, Iran has denied the allegations of interference in the affairs of the United States. Tehran counters that the US has been interfering in its internal affairs for decades. From a coup in 1953 to the assassination of their military commander in a drone strike in 2020, the country has cited examples of this.

Barisal ban on meetings without permission

In January 2020, on the orders of the then US President Trump, the then top military commander of Iran, Qassem Soleimani, was killed by US forces. Trump is now the Republican Party's presidential nominee. He is running against Vice President Kamala Harris in the November 5 election.
