BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed demanded that the masterminds of disappearances and murders be found and brought to justice. He said that ex-major general Zia Ahsan, Benazir and Tariq Siddiqui went missing and murdered on the orders of former head of state Sheikh Hasina. The masterminds of disappearances and murders along with them should be brought under punishment. The culture of disappearance and murder must be stopped from the country forever. It is the demand of the nation, the demand of August 5 revolution, the demand of martyrs' blood.

He said these things to the reporters on Tuesday after meeting with former Chief Justice of Missing Commission, Moinul Islam Chowdhury.
Salahuddin Ahmed said, 'I appeared before the Missing Commission to register my disappearance officially. Everyone knows about my disappearance. On the 10th of March 2015, at around 9:30 pm, the law and order forces picked me up from a house in Uttara. I was missing for 61 days after being taken from there. Then I was trafficked to another country. I have told the Missing Commission in detail about this.'
He said, the Missing Commission will investigate these matters and highlight them. I don't know how much jurisdiction they have in this matter. I have informed them that I will file a case in the International Criminal Tribunal.
The BNP Standing Committee member also said that it is the government's responsibility to bring those who have fled to neighboring countries under the law. How to bring it is in the law.
Complaining, Salahuddin Ahmed said that the former Major General Ziaul Ahsan, involved in the disappearance and murder, is very comfortable in the jail. He is not being questioned. Not a word comes out of him. So there is no murder in the country? General Ziaul Ahsan is the most accused of disappearance and murder. Benazir Ahmed and others who are the masterminds and protagonists of the disappearances and murders, received orders from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her secretary Tarek Siddiqui, from whom all must be found.
