Jumbangla Desk: The interim government will hold a dialogue with several political parties next Saturday to advance the state reform process.
In a press briefing at the Foreign Service Academy on Tuesday evening, Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumdar said, 'The dialogue will be held next Saturday to discuss how to take the reform process forward and to seek the views of political parties.'
He said that the interim government is in dialogue with the political parties to advance the state reform process. A dialogue was held with several political parties last week. In continuation of this, the second round of dialogue will be held next Saturday.
The Deputy Press Secretary said that some other political parties including Gano Forum, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), Nationalist Like-minded Alliance, 12 Party Alliance, National Mukti Council, Labor Party and BJP will join the dialogue.
The government started a new round of political dialogue with political parties on October 5, in which several major parties including the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) participated.
Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam was present in the press briefing.
