Jumbangla Desk: There is news of release of 252 sub-inspectors (SI) who were recommended for final recruitment and training amid various issues across the country.

Yesterday, Monday (October 21), the exemption was ordered in a letter signed by Superintendent of Police (Admin & Logistics) Tarek Bin Rashid on behalf of the principal of the academy.
These SIs who are undergoing training at Sarada Police Academy at Charghat in Rajshahi have been handed over the discharge certificate on the charge of breach of discipline. It is known that the local police stations were called and this letter was handed over to them.
According to the letter, the closing exercise parade of the 40th BCS (Police) Probationers Batch-2023 was going on at the Bangladesh Police Academy parade ground from 7:25 am on October 1. At this time breakfast was served to all the trainees participating in the parade as per the pre-determined menu by Bangladesh Police Academy Sarada, Rajshahi during the parade break. But you don't eat the provided breakfast and make a lot of noise in the field. You organized the other trainee cadet SIs and behaved in extreme disorder and insolence, humiliating the academy authorities.
Besides, you go out of the training ground and go to your barracks at your own will while making noise with others. Such behavior as a trainee cadet SI and leaving the parade ground without permission to go to his barracks is totally against discipline. Police Inspector Mohsin Ali (BP- 69/87001520) filed a written report against you with the Principal (Additional IGP) of Bangladesh Police Academy for indiscipline that your conduct has seriously disrupted the overall training program in the field and encouraged other trainees to break discipline.

The letter also stated that the Superintendent of Police (Admin & Logistics) directed the principal of the academy to submit an apologetic reply within three days. You file a reply to the apology within the prescribed three-day period. Your submitted apologetic response appears unsatisfactory on review. Your above disciplinary action constitutes a major obstacle and incompetence in the way of working in the post of Sub-Inspector, which is considered as an important and responsible post of Bangladesh Police.
