Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that Sarada Police Academy will be able to tell about the breach of order. There can be many types of discipline. It doesn't matter. The new circular has been given and the recruitment will be done soon.

He also said that the political identity of the instigators in any movement should be investigated. Care must be taken to ensure that top terrorists who are out on bail do not indulge in further crimes. The recovery of illegal weapons was discussed. A significant amount of weapons were recovered.

Adviser to the Home has advised about the change of Shahbagh to Suhrawardy Udyan.

Incidentally, 252 sub-inspectors (SIs) out of 823 trained at Sarada Police Academy in Rajshahi have been dismissed on charges of indiscipline. Additional DIG (Media) Masudur Rahman confirmed this information on Tuesday.

He said that 252 people are being 'discharged' from their jobs due to indiscipline during training. It is in process. The letter is being issued. Apart from this, these 252 people have been sent on compulsory leave since October 17.

It is known that for the post of SI in the police, candidates have to participate in physical, written and oral tests. Computer skills are also tested. After passing these steps, the candidate's health is checked. The final selected candidates then undergo basic training for one year at Sarada as 'Outside Cadets'.

There were a total of 823 outside cadets in the 40th batch this time. They started training on 11 November 2023. It was supposed to end in November this year. The final training parade of outside cadet batches is usually held in October-November.
