Jumbangla Desk: Former Vice-Chancellor of Chittagong Medical University Dr. A case has been filed against 83 people including Mohammad Ismail Khan. 60 people have been accused in the case, including 23 specific people.

A person named Mohammad Sabuj filed this case in Chittagong Chief Judicial Magistrate Shahidul Haque's court on Thursday (October 24) citing himself as an employee of Chittagong Medical University .

The Magistrate directed the OC of Sitakunda Model Police Station to investigate the case and submit a report.

In the statement of the case, it is mentioned that on August 4, the defendants, including the friends of the dictatorship, attacked with sticks, iron rods, hockey sticks and kirich in the human chain program which was run as a part of the anti-discrimination student movement in the area adjacent to the Chittagong Medical University at Faujdarhat in Sitakunda. More than 50 people were injured in the attack.

Among the other defendants in the case - Dr. Chittagong Medical University Deputy Director. Vidyut Barua, Assistant Registrar (Administration). Ala Uddin, Assistant Director (Finance and Accounts) Md. Mishbah Ibn Hakim, Kazi Musfiqul Salehin and Munsi Taujid Murad, including 23 people from various departments of the university.
