Besides, 7 people were acquitted.

The defendants sentenced to death are Md. Abbas Ansari, Nashu Faraji, Riaz, Nadeem and Jabbar.

The acquitted accused are Md. Rana Hossain, Sultan alias Gabbar, Pati Sagar, Md. Omar Farooq alias Arif, Md. Mehedi Hasan alias Packet Mehedi, Md. Zahidul Islam Zahid.
