Looting farm cows: Seven-eight people were wearing police uniforms

Jumbangla Desk: In Chittagong's Karnaphuli Upazila, there has been an allegation of looting two cows of a farm wearing police uniform. The incident took place at Shah Ahidia Dairy Farm of Air Mohammad Chowdhurybari, Ward No. 4 of Shikalbaha Union of Upazila on Monday morning.

Jumbangla Desk: In Chittagong's Karnaphuli Upazila, there has been an allegation of looting two cows of a farm wearing police uniform. The incident took place at Shah Ahidia Dairy Farm of Air Mohammad Chowdhurybari, Ward No. 4 of Shikalbaha Union of Upazila on Monday morning.

 

According to the sources of farmers and local residents, 10 to 12 people come to the farm in a boat in the early morning. Among them, seven-eight people were wearing police uniforms. They are the supervisor of the farm. Hussain was beaten and two cows were stolen from the farm and taken away in a boat.


The owner of the farm. Iqbal Bahar said, "The miscreants came dressed as policemen and took two cows worth around three lakhs. I will file a case in the police station. I have reported the matter to the police.'

Mohammad Monir Hossain, officer-in-charge of Karnaphuli police station, said, 'I have spoken to the owner of the farm. Legal action will be taken if the farm owner files a case.
