Jumbangla Desk: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is going to London in November for better treatment. Seven doctors of the medical board will accompany him. A member of the medical board formed for the treatment of Khaleda Zia said, "Khaleda Zia will first go to London to see her son Tariq Rahman." He will be taken there by a specialized air ambulance. After that, the coordinator of the medical board. Treatment will begin under the guidance of Zobaida Rahman. When asked whether Khaleda Zia is fit for air travel, the board member said, 'She is better than ever. If all goes well, he will be able to leave the country in early November. However, the exact date cannot be given now. He is under the supervision of the medical board at home. He is regularly meeting with activists.'

Zahid Hossain said that Khaleda Zia will first be taken to London in a long distance specialized air ambulance. He will then be taken to a multidisciplinary medical center in a third country. We have started working on long distance specialized air ambulance hire. He needs a liver transplant. It has only two centers in the United States. Specialist doctors are also being contacted there.
He said that a letter has also been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to arrange for Khaleda Zia to go abroad for treatment as a former prime minister.
The 79-year-old former prime minister is suffering from various complications including liver cirrhosis, heart disease, lung disease, arthritis, kidney disease and diabetes. He had to be treated for a long time by the medical board consisting of expert doctors, keeping him in the ICU at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
Currently, Khaleda Zia is undergoing treatment under the supervision of a medical board headed by Cardiologist Professor Shahabuddin Talukdar of Evercare Hospital.
Meanwhile, he received Khaleda Zia's new passport. All the processes of renewing his passport were quickly completed on the afternoon of August 6.
