Jumbangla Desk: Sarjis Alam, General Secretary of July Martyrs Memorial Foundation has commented that they have not yet done what they should have done to stand by the families of the martyrs and injured in the July uprising.

He said this in the morning of Saturday (November 2) at the Nagar Bhaban of Dhaka South City Corporation under the title 'Bangladesh by the Martyr's Family'.

He said, I have not yet been able to stand by the martyrs and injured families. But there was no error in the effort. The activities of this foundation have just started. whose activities we will hold even with our lives. We will go to everyone and listen.

Sargis Alam said, those martyrs in the July uprising are the best children of the nation. All plans are in place to support at least one of their families including employment. Shahid Smriti Foundation is trying its best to provide support to the martyr's family. The foundation will try to finalize the list of martyrs by the month of November.

This event was organized to provide financial support to the families of 200 people who were killed in the recent student movement. The first phase of the event started at 9 am. After the information update, the main event started at 12:30. The main event begins with a minute of silence for each of the martyrs. Everyone in the family got emotional by participating in the event.
