These two privately produced satellites were sent to Russia on October 11. It will be launched by the country's Soyuz rocket.

According to the report, the satellite was built in both countries. 'Cowsar' was manufactured in 2019 by the Iranian company Omidfaza. The lifespan of this 30 kg satellite is said to be more than three years. It has a color imaging range of 15 km and an imaging rate of 6 frames per second. The satellite is being deployed for use in agriculture, land surveying and cadastre.

The weight of the 'Hudhud' satellite is said to be 4 kg. Its orbital height is 500 km. It has an orbital life of four years and is also being sent for use in agriculture, land surveying, transportation and the environment.

 

But one of its major advantages is that it will be able to send news to remote areas, forests and mountains, with global coverage over the Internet.
