BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi left the venue as Awami League workers were present at the event organized at FDC Gate in the capital on the occasion of National Revolution and Solidarity Day on November 7.

The event was organized by the Nationalist Socio-Cultural Agency (Jasas) on Thursday afternoon.

After investigation, it is known that Ruhul Kabir Rizvi left the venue as several followers of Jubo League leader Casino Samrat and Awami League leaders were present at the event. Then the senior joint secretary general of BNP addressed the cultural program held at Jatiya Shaheed Minar under the leadership of Jasa leader Shiva Shanu and Ithun Babu.

Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP Convener Aminul Haque, BNP Cultural Affairs Secretary Cinematographer Ashraf Uddin Ahmed Ujjal, Co-Cultural Secretary Saeed Sohrab, Spys Convener Film Nayak Helal Khan and Member Secretary Filmmaker Zakir Hossain Rokon and Music Artist Hasan Chowdhury were present at the Jasas function at BFDC.

Jasas leaders said that the event was going on in an orderly manner since afternoon. The chief guest of the program Ruhul Kabir Rizvi was waiting to give his speech. Suddenly news came to his ears that Awami League workers were in the event. After hearing this, Rizvi got down from the stage and left the venue.

Even after Ruhul Kabir Rizvi left, the organizers did not stop the show. This event of National Revolution and Solidarity Day was arranged in various colorful arrangements including discussions, dances and songs.
