Calling ISKCON a 'militant organisation', Hefazat leaders urged Hindus not to fall into any trap. Demands have been made to ban ISKCON from the rally. Otherwise, it is said that the movement program will be announced by Hefazat.

Hefazat leader Maulana Kamrul Islam Kashemi said in the protest rally chaired by Maulana Tajul Islam, convener of Chittagong Metropolitan Hefazate Islam, 'Our clear statement about ISKCON is that ISKCON is not a religious organization. ISKCON is an international militant organization. ISKCON has already been banned in various countries. Therefore ISKCON is not a traditional religious organization. ISKCON is a militant organization fostered by Jews and Christians. So I draw the attention of our Hindu brothers, do not step into the trap of ISKCON.'

Referring to ISKCON as an enemy of Hindus, he further said, 'Already we have seen that our Sanatan brothers have been persecuted through ISKCON.'

Meanwhile, the leaders of the organization claimed that the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISCON) Bangladesh has no involvement with the incident of Hazari Gully. This demand was made at a press conference organized by ISKCON Bangladesh at Swamibagh ISKCON Ashram in the capital on Friday morning.

Earlier, the organization's leaders made the same demand in a press conference held in Chittagong on Wednesday.
