Lifestyle Desk: The market is full of cauliflower. Almost everyone likes to eat this vegetable. Different types of curries can be made with cauliflower. One such delicious dish is cauliflower roast. The name sounds like something big, but the cooking method is very simple. Here is the recipe-

2. Ginger 1 teaspoon
3. 2-3 green chillies
4. Sourdough 2 tbsp
5. 6-7 cashew nuts
6. Poppy batter 1 tablespoon
7. Cumin powder 1 tsp
8. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
9. Chilli powder 1 tsp
10. 1 dry chili
11. 2 small cardamoms
12. 2-3 cloves
13. Cinnamon 1
14. 1 bay leaf
15. Garam masala powder half teaspoon
16. Ghee 2 tsp
17. Mustard oil 1 tsp
18. White oil 2 tbsp
19. Sugar 2 teaspoons
20. Salt in moderation.
method
First, grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger and green chillies together. Then cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash it. Drain the water. Then marinate well with cashew nuts, poppy seeds, whipped curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and mustard oil.
Now heat white oil and ghee together in a kadai. Add whole garam masala, dry chillies and bay leaf as a boil. Fry a little and add ginger and chili paste. Then stir in the marinated cauliflower. Once grated, keep covered for 15-20 minutes. Cauliflower will be cooked.

When the oil starts to release, pour little hot water and let it boil. When cauliflower is fully cooked, add sugar and garam masala. Serve hot cauliflower roast with rice, polao or paratha.
