Narrated by Abu Huraira (RA), Rasulullah (SAW) said, 'On the day when there will be no shade except the shade of Allah (the Throne), Allah will shelter seven classes of people under that shade.
1. A righteous ruler. 2. The youth who grew up in the worship of Allah. 3. whose heart is always with the mosque. 4. Two people who love each other for the sake of Allah, they come together because of love, and they separate because of love.
5. He who is invited (for adultery) by a noble beautiful woman, then he says, I fear Allah. 6. A person who gives charity in secret in such a way that his right hand does not know what his left hand has given. 7. A person who remembers Allah Ta'ala in solitude and tears fall from his eyes due to the fear of Allah.' (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1423)
In this precious hadith, Rasulullah (s.a.w.) mentioned seven classes of people of his ummah who will be sheltered under the shade of Allah on that day. Shadow here refers to the shadow of the throne, as described in other hadiths.
The first of these seven persons is the righteous ruler, who protects the rights of the people. Cares about their welfare. Ruled the state according to the law of Allah. Ruler here means every responsible person.
It is necessary for everyone to establish justice in their own land. The person who is the head of the family will establish justice in the family. If you are a socialist, you will establish justice in the society. In this way, justice will be established in all areas from the family to the state. Those who establish Insaf, as declared by the Hadith, will receive the shadow of the Throne on the Day of Judgment. If there is an exception to this, then Allah must be accountable.
In a hadith narrated by Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA), Rasulullah (SAW) said, 'Each of you is responsible for your subordinates. A leader is responsible to his subordinates, a man is responsible to his family, a woman is responsible to her husband's house and children. So each of you will be asked about your responsibility.' (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 5200)
The third is the person whose heart is attached to the mosque. He who loves the mosque. Come there again and again. He prayed regularly with the congregation. After one prayer, he waits for the next prayer.
The fourth is two people who love each other for the sake of Allah. This love is only for Allah. There is no earthly purpose here. They are sometimes united and separated for the sake of Allah.
The fifth is the person who is propositioned by a beautiful and respectable woman, but he rejects it out of fear of Allah. The sixth is the person who gives so secretly that even his left hand does not know what his right hand has given. The seventh is the person who remembers Allah in solitude and whose eyes are filled with tears in fear of Allah.
These seven classes of people have raised themselves to this status by fighting against their own desires, engaged in the worship of Allah. Although these seven categories are mentioned in the hadith, there are some other categories, about whom the good news of receiving the shadow of Allah is given in other hadiths. May Allah grant us shelter in the shadow of the Throne.
