He wrote in the post, 'We act on screen, acting is an art. It is a profession. Everyone's profession is honorable for them. But the state recognition as this profession has not yet come. 'What do you do?' In response to the question, if we say acting, then the question comes, 'What else do you do? No, why do anything else? It is also a profession. A profession like any other profession. We have to learn to be professional, we have to learn to be apolitical. An artist organization can never be a political puppet. Actors also have many types of crises. Ensuring their interests, dignity and rights is only possible when all screen performers belong to a single organisation. And then it is possible to reconstruct the whole system.'

Mentioning that the actors' organization will be the only casting in Bangladesh, he said, 'Reformation is a positive idea. An ideology. It has to start by practicing mutual respect. Nonviolence is the only way to reformation in such a national crisis. Those who have been there for a long time will not be there, leave it, it is not that I will not work with him. It is personal to whom it is with. Actors will act. That's the job. In the plan we have taken, the actors' organization will be the only casting hub in Bangladesh. Where all screen actors of the country will be listed according to their skills and capabilities. The actors will take the preparation of the character safely, shoot safely in a beautiful environment.'

Commenting on the organization reform, the actor said, 'There will be life and health insurance, provident fund, retirement fund, financial security. There will be employment guarantee, casting wing, PR wing. There will be national and international actors camp. There will be various skill and knowledge development courses, provision of scholarships. There will be legal support. Only by reforming the entire system of the organization in a contemporary manner, an artist organization can become a place of trust for artists. Because all his professional interests, dignity and rights will be guaranteed by this organization.'

'Reformation does not mean that one group ate and another group came and sat down to eat. There is a high chance of becoming a fascist by removing fascists, this practice should be stopped. Along with the reformation of the system, we also want the reformation of ourselves. This is called self-reformation. Performers will be messengers of peace, not messengers of destruction. Because they are artists. Artists have to be universal.'

He also wrote, 'We sincerely want actors to be proud to say they are actors. This is his profession. And their families, friends, relatives should all respect this profession. Building a strong unity by practicing mutual respect is essential for the near future to globalize the entire industry. The only reason why the same situation is repeating itself all over the country is that for the last 53 years only revenge, revenge and hatred have been practiced in the country. If we really want to build a beautiful country, then we must establish truth, beauty and justice together. The practice of respect must be established. We want to do this practice.'
