Carrot- 1 kg
Milk- 1 liter
Mawa- 2 cups
Sugar- 3 cups
Ghee- half a cup
Cardamom powder- half teaspoon
Keora- 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon- 2 pieces
Cardamom - 2
How to make
Carrots should be finely chopped and boiled with cinnamon, cardamom, milk and dried. Heat ghee in another pan and add boiled carrot with sugar and put it on stove. After a while stir in the keora and cardamom powder. When it comes out of the pan while stirring, turn off the stove and stir for a while with one and a half cups of mawa. When it cools a little, shape the laddus and roll them in a mawa and serve them.
