This state-of-the-art system enables Grameenphone to collect, process and utilize the vast amount of data generated across its network. It helps in improving the quality of billing and providing information about network performance updates and customer service usage patterns. The EM Twentyfour system is capable of consolidating data and bringing it into a standardized format, which has become a benchmark in operational efficiency and service delivery.

This state-of-the-art system is designed to effectively manage the information of more than 10 crore customers; Which is equal to more than 600 crore data transactions daily. As a result, it is one of the largest in the world in terms of deployment of this type of technology. This is not only a milestone achievement for the telecommunication industry, but also a reflection of Grameenphone's focus on enhancing service quality by ensuring the protection of customer information.
